Terms of Service & Disclaimer

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They contain a disclaimer of warranties, a limitation of liability, and an agreement to resolve disputes through individual arbitration with a waiver of class actions (Section 19). By accessing or using EasyProjections, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

EasyProjections is operated by EasyBets LLC (“EasyBets LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, projections, probabilities, statistics, reports, tools, content, and any community spaces we operate, including our Discord server and any picks, selections, or commentary shared there (together, the “Service”). The Disclaimer below forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the age of majority and legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws on sports wagering. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. We may ask for information to confirm eligibility and may suspend access if we believe these requirements are not met.

3. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides statistical models, projections, probabilities, player and team data, and related analysis for professional sports, currently including the NFL and MLB, with other sports planned. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

EasyBets LLC is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, or settle wagers; we do not hold, transmit, or manage money for wagering; and we do not place bets on anyone’s behalf. Any wager you choose to make is made with a third party, under that party’s terms, and entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. No betting, financial, or professional advice

Nothing in the Service is betting, gambling, investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation that you place any wager. This includes projections, probabilities, rankings, “picks,” “plays,” slips, selections, and any commentary from us, our staff, or other community members. Such content reflects statistical estimates or personal opinion only. You should consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

5. No guarantee of results

Sporting events are inherently unpredictable. Our projections are estimates produced by statistical models from historical and third-party data. They can be, and often will be, wrong. We do not guarantee any outcome, result, return, or winnings, and past performance — whether of a model, a projection, a pick, or any user — does not indicate or guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your decisions and for any losses that result from them.

6. Responsible gaming

Gambling involves real financial risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose, and never wager to recover losses. If gambling stops being fun, or is affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, please seek help. Many sportsbooks and states offer deposit limits and self-exclusion programs, and we encourage you to use them.

7. Accounts and access

You access the Service by signing in with Discord. Access is granted to you personally, is non-transferable, and is tied to your subscription and to holding the required role in our Discord server. You may not share, sell, lend, or transfer your access, or allow anyone else to use your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account secure. We may suspend or end access that we reasonably believe is shared, misused, or obtained in violation of these Terms.

8. Subscriptions, billing, free trials, and cancellation

Paid plans are sold and billed through our payment partner, Whop, and Whop’s terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Whop; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

If your plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. Free trials are limited to one per person.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, all fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused time. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice; price changes apply from your next billing period.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, crawl, download in bulk, or use bots or automated means to access or collect data from the Service;
• resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service, including projections, picks, reports, or data, whether for free or for payment;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our models, methods, or source code;
• bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, or these Terms, including the acceptance of these Terms;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including unlawful gambling, or in a jurisdiction where the Service or wagering is prohibited;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others, or post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content in our community spaces; or
• overload or disrupt the Service or the networks connected to it.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including our models, projections, scores, software, design, text, graphics, and compilations of data, is owned by EasyBets LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

11. Third-party data, services, and trademarks

The Service relies on data and services from third parties, including sports data providers, odds providers, weather services, Discord, and Whop. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and odds and lines change frequently. Always confirm current lines, injury information, and availability with your sportsbook before acting. We are not responsible for third-party data, websites, or services, and links to them are not endorsements.

EasyProjections is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, Major League Baseball, any other league, any team or player, or any sportsbook. League, team, and player names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

12. Testimonials and community content

Testimonials, reviews, and results shared by members reflect individual experiences. They are not typical, and your results will vary. Content posted by other members, including picks and commentary, is their own opinion; we do not verify it and are not responsible for it. By posting content in our community spaces, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Service.

13. Privacy and data

When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, and we check whether you hold the required role in our Discord server. We do not request your email address from Discord. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. When you accept these Terms, we record the time, the version you accepted, your Discord ID and username, your IP address, and your browser type, as a record of your agreement.

Payments are processed by Whop; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Our public website uses advertising and measurement tools from third parties, including X (formerly Twitter) and Whop, which may collect device and browsing information under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete your information; contact us to make a request.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service, its data, or its projections will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyBets LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity — including any gambling or wagering losses — arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

16. Assumption of risk and indemnification

You understand that sports wagering involves risk of loss and you accept that risk entirely. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyBets LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service, your wagers or other decisions, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4, 5, 10, and 14 through 21 — will survive.

18. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

19. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver

Informal resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it informally, you and EasyBets LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property.

Class action waiver. You and EasyBets LLC each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action or arbitration. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim must be decided in court, not in arbitration.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to us, using the contact details in Section 22, within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which EasyBets LLC is organized and applicable federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 19, any court proceeding will take place in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

21. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Questions, notices, opt-outs, and privacy requests may be sent to us through our Discord server or through Whop support.

Disclaimer

For informational and entertainment purposes only. EasyProjections provides statistical projections and analysis. It does not provide betting, gambling, investment, or financial advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to place any wager.

No guarantees. Projections, probabilities, rankings, and picks are estimates and opinions. They are frequently wrong, and no outcome, return, or winnings is promised or implied. Past results do not indicate future performance.

Your decisions, your risk. If you choose to wager, you do so entirely at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any losses. EasyBets LLC is not liable for any wagering or financial losses.

Know the law. Sports wagering is restricted or prohibited in some places and is limited to those 21 or older in most U.S. states. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.

No affiliation. We are not a sportsbook and are not affiliated with any league, team, player, or sportsbook. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Data accuracy. Statistics, injuries, and odds come from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. Confirm current information with your sportsbook before acting.
